Game keeps freeing, any advice?

I have cleared my cache but I still get it, it has frozen on me around 7 times today alone.

Try installing the game, if you have enough space.

I've installed it and turned auto-saves off, I heard they can affect it too?

Clearing the caches helps sometimes, man. Skyrim's and your system's cache.

I only have a few items (Less than 10) in my home at Whiterun.

I've cleared the system cache, how do you clear the games cache? Never heard of that before.
