Master Swag race

Dwarves only had heavy armor.
Redguard only have clothing (hood, boots, robes/garment), not counting the Ebony Warrior (which is kind of tongue-in-cheek if you think about it).
Imperials have Heavy and Light armor.
Nords have light (fur, hide) and heavy (iron, steel, steel plate) armor,
Khajiit only have clothing.
Argonians have light armor (hide).
Bretons only have robes (barring the random wilderness assault).
Dunmer have light armor (if you get the DB assassin on you), and the one or two random encounters with a single heavy item.
Altmer have light armor (leather, Elven) and robes.
Bosmer have light armor.
Forsworn have light armor.
Orcs have light (fur, hide) and heavy (Orcish, Steel Plate) armor (yet only one in the entire game wears Orcish).

So, the Nords have the widest variety of swag (gear), since they are more likely to be found wearing Fur, Hide, Leather, Iron, Steel, Steel Plate, Stahlrim, and Skyforge armor.

Thank you for your help.

Dragons, simply because you did not specify "playable race". They can fly, have the thu'um, and are constantly hunted by the player character for bones and scales, not to mention their souls.

Flying and Thu'um are aspects of Swagger, not Swag, which is gear/equipment. They may have a wider variety of gear once looted, including Daedric, but even then they never have a complete set at once. Nords can be found with a full set of any given level of gear - fur helmet (lol), fur armor, fur boots, fur gauntlets (actually only on Stormcloaks), and fur shield (you really gotta dig to find that one).

Bones, Scales, Heartscales, and Soul only count as 4 items, and all Dragons will yield at least one of those items (even if they don't give a soul, or bones/scales, they'll yield heartscales with Kav's Fang),

Daedra have the best swag.

List goes on

The question wasn't about the best swag, but the most. Daedric swag runs from great (Molag Bal) to weak (Ring of Namira). Granted, Fur armor is just as weak, but again, it wasn't about quality, it was quantity.

They still got plenty of stuff though compared to every other race.
