Well I used OI exploit to get to level 81, after I patched I used the telekinesis exploit to level up. Once I was level 252 I was able to get all perks. Now I am level 271 and building stats.

Cats can see in the dark. They can see at one-sixth the light level required for human vision.

That's not "in the dark", there is still light. In true darkness, cats cannot see any better that humans or earthworms.
