Need a bunch of steel ore for dwarven smithing and figured while I was at it I might as well mine some orcish ore as well. Any idea where any mines are?

Steel ingots are made with iron or and corundum ore.

Darkwater Crossing for corundum ore
Dawnstar for iron ore (plus 3 or 4 others, its common)

Did you mean orichalcum ore? You can get that at Dushnikh Yal. Pretty sure I found some random viens while exploring too

Where can I find Bilegulch Mine? Maybe in relation to one of the major cities? And does Dawnstar itself have a mine?

Thanks for the help guys.

Its kind of in the middle of nowhere. Right in between Falkreath and Markarth

And does Dawnstar itself have a mine?

Yes it actually has two, inside the village
