For those who forgot to get the stone while doing the diplomatic immunity mission PLEASE
be aware that: though Bethesda said you would gain access to the Embassy you cannot it
is still locked, but the stone is still obtainable in the reeking cave by the dead necromancer.
The reeking cave is located to the west of the entrance down the cliff, in a small black area
in the cliff itself. It is not located as a marker on the map. Once inside the cave you will see
it. Which brings up the question why not just unlock the embassy so we can all just kill
Elenwen? Discuss this please! --- "Names are for friends, so I don't need one".-Mr.47 Currently awaiting Hitman: Absoultion

I doubt you'd be able to kill Elenwen anyway. I'm sure she is still considered a quest npc and cannot die much like how the Jarls and their stewards of each hold are. You can get their hp down to near zero, but you can't kill them no matter what you do (exception being Ulfric).
