I looked for the location of this bow on youtube but its not there.
was wondering what req's were needed for it to spwan in its location
noticable stuff is something about a wedding the decor just outside the door is diff when I go so Iam thinking I have to unlock some kind of quest wedding related

You have to have the dark brotherhood quest that involves a certain assassination for it to appear.
