Fortify enchanting, not alchemy

I'm surprised to see this thread surface again. Good job still.

Wear the alchemy equipment

Drink fortify restoration potion

Unequip the alchemy equipment and re equip it

Continue to make restoration potion and repeat the first 3 steps

Is that right? because Im stuck at only getting 21% on the buff. Potion for restoration stops at 45-46%. Am I doing something wrong?

So, if I do the whole process with only the Amulet of Talos, then unequip and equip the last time, then make as many as fortify enchantment as possible, the amulet will give me "invincibility" and I can drink an enchant potion and then make whatever enchantment I want? Can you do it with only the Amulet of Talos and still get it? That is, assuming I have high alchemy with perks to replace the +alc armor.
What is a good number of FR's to stop at if I still want to make a FE and not rollover ?

I dunno if 1.3 changed anything, but the procedure you described is correct. I say try to get your alchemy high enough and get the proper perks from the alchemy tree because those seem important too. In my case, when I tried this trick, I already had 100 alchemy, all the necessary perks, and four equipments with 25% fortify alchemy. It took me one trial to see amazing results. By the time I made and drank my 3rd potion, I was already at a huge boost and had to reload from a previous save so as not to break the game.

As for the amulet of Talos, yes, if you follow the procedure and create a powerful restoration potion, drink it, equip and unequip the amulet of Talos, you'll have infinite shouts.

hey I'm having the same problem as ghostCrysis. When I do the glitch I wear 4 pieces of gear at 15% each. I do the loop but when it gets to 21% it stops and wont go any higher! I've been trying this for a while now an cant seem to get it to work :( any help would be nice.

I never tried the glitch without getting 4 pieces of armor enchanted with 25~26% and 100 alchemy. I say try to enchant your equipment with alchemy over 21% and see what that does. Make some enchanting potions to help with that. I think your problem is that your alchemy equipment isn't strong enough. In fact, I'm sure of it.

I can confirm that it still works. LOL, I messed up the process. I was accidentally mixing "Alteration" potion instead of restoration.
