Banish is the most valuable. As in.. "Send Daedra up to level *X* back to Oblivion" or something like that.

Fortify Speech can only fit on the necklace. If you can find something with that effect ...

DIbella Amulet. Which you can't d-enchant. I THINK I saw a necklace once that was 15 speech craft, but not totally sure.

Dibella amulet is +15 speech

thieves guild head gear does 10% better prices

and if the dibella blessing effects speech get that on you too

I enchant all my iron daggers with this. Even the cheapest iron dagger enchanted with this using the cheapest soul gem can fetch about 600 odd gold.

You can buy Amulets that get you better prices, but its rare to find them as the enchantment ONLY appears on amulets. As long as it's not a Zenithar amulet, you can disenchant it. You can only Enchant Amulets yourself with it though, which makes the thieves guild hood even more valuable.

mask of clavicus vile... 20% better prices and +10 speech. You can't disenchant it though.
