Probably through Gaikai; but not natively.

I gotta know about the gaikai....im still really enjoying Skyrim. And I have some saints row 2, 3, 4. And gta 5. I've barely played those games at all. So if I got a PS4 right now no more Skyrim?!? No way!!

Unless your PS3 explodes when you get a PS4, you'd have no need to stop playing those games once you got one.

+1.

Anyway, to answer your question.

Gaikai is the PlayStation's streaming service that will become available sometime in 2014. You will connect over the internet to Gaikai's servers to play previous generation PS games from your PS4.

You will need descent internet. Sony will probably also charge for this service, but we don't know how yet. It's not true Backwards Compatibility (neither native, nor is it likely to be free for games you own), but it will allow people to play older games on the PS4.

It's a much better idea to just keep your PS3 and your games.

+2

Never trade out your old console/games, keep them. Just recently my PS2 finally gave up the ghost and I miss it already.
