Just get the item's ID and use the additem command.

Every item has an ID; if it didn't, it wouldn't exist.

If you don't know (or can't find) the ID for something, you can try the "duplicateallitems <target container ID>" command.

It requires two containers (the two barrels in front of the blacksmith in Whiterun work nicely).

You can find how to use this command here -- http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Oblivion:Console.

Basically, you:
(1) find the ID for a first (target) container (an empty one)
(2) put what you want to duplicate into a second (reference) container
(3) click the reference container so the ID shows up on the screen
(4) enter the console command "duplicateallitems <target container ID>

You should end up with identical items in both containers.

Read the UESP page for warnings, though.
