Game version is not supported!

Hello, I previously rolled back to a previous version because of the glitchiness of patch 1.2. However, when i updated it, they just gave me an error saying my game version is not supported and i cant start the game... Is there anyway to have patch 1.3 running without being it directly related to steam or going through steam?

Buying the game would probably help IMO

Don't tell me steam found a way to force feed you broken patches for games and won't let you play a working game... I just tried my rolled back version and it gives me an error too.

Just fired up my Steam in offline mode and 1.1 still works fine.

You need more files than just rolling back the exe. That's what's happening.

You can always update later. Your 1.1 saves will always work with an updated version of the game.

Your 1.3 saves will not work with 1.1.

Basically I'm just waiting for word of a stable patch to update.

I'm waiting for a patch to fix the >2gb RAM issue, but I somehow get the feeling that they don't even plan on fixing that. So, v1.1 + LAA forever, is what it looks like I'll be going with.

Did you miss the part where an official 4gb patch is coming out next week?

Or did you just not visit Bethesda forums.
