For the record, you can't craft a potion that'll heal "all health/stamina/magic" - you might be able to craft one that heals for so much that it fills you up, but there's no equivalent to the ultimate potions you find lying around.
The best healing potions-as-healing potions you can make are restore health with fortify health, that way the first potion you drink each 60 seconds will give you more cowbell. Blue Mountain Flower + Wheat are two common ingredients that will do it without a third required.
Blue Mountain Flowers, Butterfly Wings, Blue Dartwings, Imp Stool, Swamp Fungal Pod, and wheat all have a restore health effect, and are all really common.
The problem is, of course, even with maxed out skill and all relevant perks, the best potion you can make only heals about 100 points of health. Alchemy gear can double this, and is actually a very viable healing method, but I think alchemy as a primary healing method in Skyrim pales in comparison to Restoration.
