How can I adjust my load order?

I'm only using two minor mods, but the launcher is displaying them as being loaded before Skyrim.esm instead of after. Assuming that the launcher is showing the load order, and not just showing them in a random order, then this could cause major problems even with two mods such as them not even working.

How can I adjust my load order to avoid problems?

Download Nexus Mod Manager, and my Skyrim launcher shows it in the wrong order too, I think it's a glitch, because mine are nowhere near in the order shown in both the mod manager and the launcher.

Apparently there's a Wrye Bash for Skyrim, which means it will probably be the first and last tool ever necessary. It shows my load order as already being correct. I guess it just uses a reskinned launcher from Oblivion, FO3, and F:NV, which is why it has the same behaviour with load order.
