My NMM has gotten buggy and it's not letting me install/uninstall any further mods. I want to reinstall Skyrim and a few of my mods to hopefully avoid whatever upset I've caused, but I don't want to completely start over my game. I have uninstalled/reinstalled NMM, but when I reinstall it I still have all the mods I had before. I want to actually delete them, but reinstall them one by one.

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data. Delete all .esp and .esm except for skyrim.esm and update.esm, delete all files in the textures and meshes folders.Go to my documents delete the NMM folder. Start the game ignore the warning, save(make a clean save) then reinstall the mods.
If you want to do a clean install, uninstall through steam go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common delete the skyrim folder (all your mods will still be in there),Go to my documents delete the NMM folder.Start the game ignore the warning, save(make a clean save) then reinstall the mods.
Your saves are in C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\My Games\Skyrim,just leave them they are not removed if you uninstall.
