I found the offending file that was causing the controls to go haywire. In your Skyrim/Data folder, find the file named "Skyrim - Interface.bsa".

You have to copy the original file over that one. Obviously, if you don't have the original, this doesn't help you. But I backed up the entire Skyrim directory on day one, and copying over this file fixed all of my interface problems.

Very nice man! Good job. I had a lot of control prob after that patch it fixed them all.

Now. For people that hasn't backed up your game and have Windows 7 theres a way to get the original one. Find that Interface.bsa file in the Skyrim/Data folder. Right click the file and go properties. Last tab called previous version click that. Wait a couple seconds for it to load the last savepoint of that file. Check the date and just hit the copy button. It will ask you where you want to copy it. I choose desktop. From there I copied it to the Skyrim/Data folder. Hope that helps

No problem. It was making the game pretty darn close to unplayable.

What control problems are you guys getting? I haven't had to many besides the menu navigation being the worst vile abomination of horror that I've ever had the misfortune of navigating. Are you guys using a controller or the keyboard?

I'm using the keyboard, but I've heard the same issues exist with controllers. It basically remaps/unmaps buttons, causing confusion, and even getting stuck in certain interfaces. I believe this happens to anyone who had custom key mappings when they downloaded patch 1.2.
