Morrowin Overhaul vs Skyrim graphics wise

#1PegasusFantasyPosted 12/7/2011 7:36:32 AM

I'll post here some screens since everybody ignored them in random topics, because I think most people equate Morrowind=awful graphics.

Of course Skyrim has way better animations and combat and character models, but still, Morrowind with the Overhaul has pretty impressive graphics in my opinion.

Mind that this isn't even the latest version and this are pretty random screenshots:

Other mods I use are Morrowind comes Alive, Childrens of Morrowind, Balmora Expanded, and the other that adds part of mainland Morrowind to the game, with dozens of quests, cities, npcs, new creatures.

Feel free to use the pics however you want, and post comparison skyrim screens.

Cheers.

I think the UI in skyrim has morrowind beat. and morrowind is too big IMO. i remember when i played it, it was just too overwhelming. add a carriage and fast travel with better ui and morrowind might be better overall.

Can you list all the mods you used and a link to where to download them? I want to try this.

Btw, those pics look nice, but Skyrim still looks way better.

Skyrim's distinctive art-style is what makes the difference.

Skyrim still looks a lot better, but those are decent; at least better than vanilla oblivion.  Morowind was K, but who wants to swing a sword for 6 hours becouse of dodge chance.

LOL. Yeah, the UI where you have to scroll in dialog to see the fourth option is so wonderful.
