Question about Qasmoke room

I was wondering do the items in there respawn because if so it'd be good place for me to get ingredients for my potions from?

...It's a test room for the QA team. If you're cheating already, why not just give yourself the ingredients?

Convenience, one code gets access to a range of ingredients.

Fair enough. I read in another topic that items in shops respawn every few (2?) days so I'd imagine it might work like that? Or if it behaves like a dungeon, it might take a few days more.

No respawns from the QAsmoke. Ever.

The chests IN the room do not respawn. But... you can just spawn the "all ingredients" chest FROM the qasmoke room, as many times as you want, anywhere you want.

Search in the console HELP INGREDIENTS 4 and there should be a container (CONT) that comes up named "all ingredients"

Use the item ID from that container and in the console enter PLAYER.PLACEATME XXXX (use the item ID) and that chest will spawn in front of you.

If you want to get rid of the empty chest after you loot it (so you don't have a ton of them lying around) click on it in the console and enter MARKFORDELETE

Also, both of these mods would also give you what you are looking for. I recommend the first one, as you can buy only the items that you need and won't have a huge list of ingredients in your inventory to sort through to find what you want.

Or to just get rid of it right away, just do "disable"

Disable is bad, if you use it a lot. All it does is basically make the item invisible and not detected for collision. But it is still there, and the game still loads it uip every time you enter the cell it is in. So if you do it a lot, there will be a ton of items that the game is loading up for no reason. Which makes your game lag, run slow, and use more RAM.

Markfordelete removes the item completely. And, if the item is not a protected item using markfordelete makes the item go away instantly. Any item you add using the console will disappear immediately with markfordelete. The only time you have to leave a cell and wait and then come back is when you're using it on protected items like walls, floors, furniture inside a purchased home, etc.
