Are there any good mods with high level weapons that don't require smithing?

My only problem with this game is that smithing is required for all the high level equipment. Any good mods that add some high level stuff in a few dungeons or some such?

I just installed "JaySuS Swords" and there is an optional .esp to add them to the leveled lists. I don't know how they compare to all the weapons available via Smithing stats-wise. Not that far into the game yet, really. But you might look into it.

Thanks, that sounds like it's worth a try.

JaySuS adds weapons to dungeons and enemies.

You still need to smith armor, though.

One step at a time I guess. Weapons are fine for now.

The weapons I got in Jaysus swords are invisible.

>_>

Edit: I axed that mod.

Using this one now.

It does exactly what I wanted a mod to do.

I think between the dual wield hotkey fix I found and this, Skyrim may actually be as close to perfect as it can get.

Check out the dread knight weapon pack

-Adds new weapons of every type. And you have to earn it by fighting through a crypt and killing a dragon priest.

I think everything can be added to your inventory via the console

help "(name of thing you want)" 4
take id and then
player.additem (ID) 1

You must have had some kind of mod conflict there. JaSuS's mod is working fine for me. Great looking weapon models and it doesn't seem to be too out of balance.

It may have been a conflict. A few others had the problem though.

I downloaded BOSS and ran that, but I'll stick with what I have for now and see how it goes.
