breezehome keeps crashing the game on me. could it be my mods?

i haven't played skyrim in a while, but tonight i started it back up after buying hearthfire and adding a couple new mods into my sizable repertoire. i went to breezehome to try to retrieve some items and as soon as i open the door, the game crashes. it just flat out boots me from the game. could this be because of one of my mods? i have the following:

jswords, warzones, skymomod, hearthfire, highres1, highres2, cloaks, cloaks- noimperial, cloaks- player only, immersive travelers, hoth armor compilation, UFO, skyrim school of witchcraft and wizardry, realistic water textures, enhanced blood textures, bandoliers, buildable house, apocalypse spells, shooting stars, and supreme fog.

any ideas what could be wrong?

it's a known issue with hearthfire. I don't know if this fixes it, but try this

USKP causes the crash. You need to update to the latest release.

this patch didn't work either...i'm going to start deactivating one mod at a time and search for the culprit.

Disable the unofficial skyrim patch completely, Will most likely fix the crashing.

Disable the unofficial skyrim patch completely,

Apparently, he didn't have it in the first place. TC's problem must have been caused by another mod.

Also, the USKP creators have advised strongly against disabling it. The current release has fixed the crashing issue, anyway, so there is no reason to disable it.

The current release has not fixed the crashing issue. IT still happens, just not as often as before.
