SKSE mods are now phasing out Script Dragon. Check out these cool mods!

EDIT: Some of these mods require SkyUI beta 3.0 http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1433593-relz-skyui/

http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9247 SKSE version of Dual Wield Parrying
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29258 SKSE version of TK Dodge
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/25514 Skyproc / SKSE version of Auto Perk/Stats/Level (just the Stats part, I guess. The Auto Stats part was most important feature, anyway).
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29137 SKSE combat mod
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23681 SKSE hitstop
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/5485 Deadly combat, can parry and deflect spells with wards, etc.

TKTK1 and Borgut1337 are amazing mod creators, and they've made a huge break-through lately with SKSE implementing things that previously only Script Dragon could do.

Another thing is that Script Dragon is lead by virtually only one person: Alex. SKSE is lead by an entire team of people that accept feedback. For an example, check Alex's feedback on his Script Dragon, swamped by people who are reporting many bugs but receiving no word on whether or not he's fixing or even acknowledging the problems: http://alexander.sannybuilder.com/?category=other-bethgames&altname=skyrim_script_dragon

TL;DR: IF YOU USE SCRIPT DRAGON, YOU WILL EXPERIENCE CRASHING, SCRIPTING ERRORS, AND MANY OTHER BUGS. You have been warned. Worst part is you may not even know they are even happening, either. An entire quest chain or mod scripts may be broken and you'll never know, and even if you do, you probably won't know that it's due to script dragon.

Here's an excerpt from Chesko's Frostfall mod (see here: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/11163):

"While the vast majority of users do not experience issues while using Script Dragon, there have been a handful of problems reported that point back to Script Dragon interfering with certain script events, which can lead to broken behavior in ANY mod, either immediately or several hours into your playthrough. This can happen to mods like Frostfall which rely heavily on script events. In most (but not all) cases, removing Script Dragon resolved the issue. Using Script Dragon with Frostfall is not supported. I have contacted the Script Dragon author to resolve this issue, and he has stated that he is looking into the issue. For more information, see here (http://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1355668-rel-script-dragon-topic-6/page__st__120__p__21320431#entry21320431). I will no longer answer any questions related to Script Dragon or the problems that it may cause, at all; do not ask. Please direct all Script Dragon questions to AlexanderBlade. Thank you for your understanding."

I've used SKSE and script dragon since I got the game and noticed no issues

I don't see what the problem is

Things like this happen. I wouldn't risk it. I use to use Script Dragon and absolutely loved it. I never understood why people bashed it so much. Actually, in retrospect, I still don't see why (I think their reasons were really stupid like "OH I DON'T KNOW HOW TO INSTALL ANYTHING OTHER THAN SKSE" or "I DON'T LIKE SCRIPT DRAGON"), but now that alternatives are available, there's virtually no point. I don't see a single Script Dragon mod that an SKSE mod can't do better and safer.

Though, to each their own. Use Script Dragon if you must.

TK Combat is so much fun. I only wish some of the skills are perk restricted for more balance. TK Hitstop is nothing short of amazing. this is going to be a great year for mods. I also can't wait for the Footprints mod to be finished:

Is it just me or is that the arrow/bolt ground impact particle effect he's using?

I'm not really surprised SKSE is coming out as top dog. Considering some of the big name mods use it like SkyUI which is going to end up being more or less required for modding once V3 comes out with Skyrim MCM.

Deffo gonna have to give TK Dodge a go after getting TK Combat.
I hope he keeps working hard on TK Combat, this one could be a massive game changer for Skyrim.
I believe he has got his foot in the door with this mod and is doing something that could have wider potential for other modders to create some spectacular stuff!
