Not including ENBs, which lighting mod(s) do you recommend using? I want the most realistic appearance, including dark nights and dungeons, but playable. I want to feel uncomfortable in dungeons and nights, but still get away with not using a torch.

I like this a lot; it's also not very taxing on your computer!

it is difficult to find the most realistic. It is best you try yourself.
-Climates of Tamriel
-Realistic Lighting Overhaul
-Realistic Lighting with Customization
-Ultra Realistic World Lighting

This is the mod if you want lantern without having to equip it in hands.

CoT and RLO works very well together, with no performance hits for me.
If you believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster, have accepted him as your lord and savior, and are 100% proud of it, put this in your sig.

This.

Claralux has too many problems, Realistic Lighting Overhaul is not much difference, RCRN seems nice but I didn't want all the changes and lose bloom, and URWL Skyrim - either it doesn't like Unbleak ENB or it just makes nights too dark for exploration.

Also, I had a blast using NMM for the first time with Enhanced Lights and FX. If Claralux didn't have those side effects then I would have installed it. In short, ElectroCity for Skyrim.

Isn't it only for interior? I guess it will not conflict if used with RLwC and other lighting mods.

Yes, its for interiors only. The realistic lighting overhaul 4.0 authors have a compatibility patch that works with enhanced lights and fx.

Realistic Lighting Overhaul, Climates of Tamriel, and Enhanced FX.

I personally use Project ENB along with some tweaking to suit my own needs.

That's what I've been using, but I can't get the caves and dungeons to be dark the way I want them. They're close, but still just a bit too bright.
