Block Steal [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/24713]
Have you got a bounty because accidentally pick owned items? This mod will prevent picking items flagged as owned, except you are sneaking. This is useful for players who often played in 3rd person. Not to mention if you play as a lawful character. Configurable through MCM.

Harvest Auto-pick [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/19618]
Tired of chasing butterflies and pick those hidden cannis root? With this, you can auto harvest ingredients, vegetation, arrows, book, gems, and many more in certain radius. This is especially useful if you use Skyrim Flora Overhaul or Lush Grass, which make it hard to spot flowers because of lupines. Configurable through MCM. There is a patch for Dawnguard and Dragonborn.

Thank you for the contribution.

Classic Classes and Birthsigns [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/16736]

Just like Character Creation Overhaul, you can modify starter skill for your character. The difference is, this mod provides preset class with its own bonus. A mage will have natural magicka regen 50%, A Spellsword will get damage boost when he wields sword and spell, A Crusader will get a damage boost when he wields blunt weapons, and so on. You can also choose custom class, but with lesser bonus, like 25% magicka regen, and so on.

Thanks to pryo for making this topic!

Well, I wanted to get the better males mod, but I can't go through the screenshots and actually pick anything out. Which one is the underwear version that isn't skintight? Is this body mod even worth it? Default bodies have seemed perfectly okay IIRC.

I suppose I should probably update this signature soon.

Also, I just feel that I should...

EZ2C Dialogue Menu: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18466

This mod is a replacement for the dialogue menu in Skyrim. It allows you to fully customize the appearance and layout of the menu, implements a much better navigation and control system and also fixes several bugs that are present in the vanilla dialogue menu.

Description staight from the mod page. From what I've seen, it's better than the other Dialogue mod, but maybe not.

Are you sure? This is one of the screenshot. There is a bodybuilder version and hairy version. Of course no one fighting a dragon nude, but with this, you can use a revealing armor mod which makes your male character more 'open'.

Simple multiple followers [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/31581]
The simplest and most useful follower mod I have ever used. Like the other mods' ability to have more than 1 follower, but don't want all the extra features and scripts slowing your PC down? Then this is for you, since all it does is enable 10 human and 10 pet followers to follow you (simultaneously). The mod doesn't change any of the default AI Packages, Aliases, conversations, Quests and Scripts.

Spell Sneak Attacks 2 [http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12637]
Allows you to sneak attack with spells for 1.5x damage, 3.0x for runes, complete with message notifications and experience just like regular sneak attacks.

Yes! The authors of Relighting Skyrim finally released an "exterior-only" version. What is this mod? It simply adds light sources to places that don't have it (like torches, lanterns, fires, etc...). I always wanted an exterior light source mod, but Claralux is ugh... So I asked if Relighting Skyrim's author could make an exterior only version. Well he did, and here it is: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/17609

This way you can use ELFX or RLO with this mod. Oh, and CoT is of course compatible with this.

An amazing thread pyro_bunta. I have most of these mods already, but I've never heard or seen some of the ones here so this is very useful.

I'd like to nominate http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27866
The mod is called High Level Enemies and is built to work well with Skyrim Immersive creatures, ASIS, ACE and even de-leveled zones.

Also, some of the recommended mods have not been updated in a wile and could potentially cause CTD's or issues. Maybe a warning could be placed on some of those mods? Just a thought.
