What are these and what can I do with them? Any ideas? I also got some lucky coin and they said it was from the goddess, anyone know what that does as well?

I believe those are all fragments. Don't know about your second question.

They're all just fragments that you need for 100%, buy them.

All 4 of them are fragments.

You need Chaos Crystal to create your weapon (that is based on fragments) though.
