I'll vote for Quina. GASP!!!! Me voting for something from FF9? Impossible, right? Well, he's probably the only character from FF9 who doesn't suck (along with Vivi) so he honestly deserves my vote. I'd vote for Quistis, but she does nothing important in the storyline and she doesn't have funny dialogue like Quina so...
