Any sidequests with story content?

I totally forgot to ask in my last post whether or not there were any sidequests with story content. However, I thought it merited a new topic, so here it is.

So, yeah. Any sidequests with story content? Or is it just gear/loot/CP?

Yes, there are sidequests with story content.

Eh, the one I remembered off the top of my head is the Vile Peaks.

Do you consider paradox endings to be story content?
