Easiest Way to Start New Game+?

I think you have to collect items to reseal gates and all that...I wish there was just a new game plus option. I want to play this game again, but I don't want to start from the absolute beginning.

What do you guys recommend?

To start from scratch.

Even if you do close gates, certain scenes won't trigger again. That Dragon Boss from achylte? Gone. Alyssa's Introduction? Nope, won't play a second time.
There are probably more, but those are the only ones I can confirm.
