Wait, Caius is insane? I thought he was a normal immortal that just wanted Yuel to be happy

^No, he is insane. Saw the Death of Yuel way too often. Maybe he thought destroying the Timeline is the only way to ease the Pain of Yuel.

Oh okay, yeah of course i guess. But no one can blame him. Imagine seeing someone close to you die constantly without an end. It's already heartbreaking the first time. Hmm,... I wonder if he loved Yuel? Heh nevermind, it doesn't seem like so

It's days later, and the "ending" still boogers me up.

Meh. I guess I'm still a bit spotty about that transition from the first game to the second.

Caius and Yuel were on Pulse during the events of the first game..? I was fairly certain that Pulse had been summarily wiped clean of human life years before the purge. Is it written anywhere that the two of them were on Pulse..? Can you site any source material ..? I would love to read it.

Are all the Fal'cie abolished at this point..? I can imagine the Cocoon Fal'cie are all non-functional, but are the Pulse Fal'cie as well..? If so, why..? I understand "The Fall" was a traumatic event to both planet and moon, but if humans can survive on both, one would think the Pulse Fal'cie, could have made it through "The Fall"... Is there any indication that there are any still functioning on Pulse..?

That's it for now ... Thanks a bunch

As always... Have fun!!

There are pockets of people living all over pulse, we just didn't get to them in XIII.

Most of Cocoon Fal'Cie went off-line. Some still work.

Phoenix (which control Cocoon sun) and the food maker Fal'Cie (Carbunle I think), still work but not as strong as before. (One of the quiz side-quest question explains that Phoenix light goes dim every 100 years.)

As for Pulse Fal'cie, they don't care about people. They have a unspoken rule with the humans that pretty much "Don't F*** with me, I won't F*** with you."

Once again the quiz sidequest puts some answers on this as one of the questions explains that all aircaft must fly higher then the height of Pulse Fal'cie Titan so they don't bother Titan if they have to fly near him.

Wait a min if the Chaos kills people except the crystallized, how is there anyone alive in LR and how does Noel and Snow show up in LR, cause they never turned to crystal.

Snow is outside the timeline at the Coliseum (Chaos can't reach there)

I really don't know about Noel (hopefully the game explains that)

As for the regular people: Remember that Lightning and her group aren't the only people who turned to crystal.

Remember all those Cieth stone in XIII for the hunt quest? What if the Chaos couldn't touch those and they turn back to human instead.

Or maybe the Chaos hasn't reach them yet.

Maybe it something else we don't know yet until the game comes out.
