I want to accomplish what I did in XIII in this title, but do not know how that translates.

I had x3 of each accessory all leveled and maxed to their highest tier.

I had all weapons brought to their highest tier and starred. In XIII only weapons without passive abilities were brought to third tier, because I did not like loosing the passive ability. Thus, passive abilities were starred tier 2. Unsure if it works like that still.

Crystarium completed.

Perfect bestiary.

All treasures.

I know things get fishy with the crystarium and the enemies you can join! I am a bit overwhelmed by all this! So, any thorough opinions on what should be done would be nice! And what to expect... Tips on what you think counts as a perfect game, etc. Thanks!

BTW, I plan to get all trophies and have all the DLC as well!

By the way I have the Piggy guide -- I plan on using the Crystarium FAQ on here, but I am unsure which FAQ to use otherwise?

Since stats depend on Crystarium development, it's hard to justify having a perfect save with full Crystarium development for Serah and Noel.

You should read the following and consider using the PSSR as the starting point for your file. You can always add in full acquisition of everything other than unique monsters later. This won't just test your ability to complete everything, but will also require significant skill in doing so. The speed run part is optional, of course.

This isn't correct. Weapons never lose passive abilities in XIII no matter how much you upgrade them. Weapons do lose synth groups when brought to T3, and every base weapon (and its T2 version) has a synth group (not just the ones with passives).

PSSR sounds right up your alley. No pressure on the speed run part, as destrian mentioned. Also, the DLC section is dependent upon whether or not you have RotG. If you don't have RotG then we may have to discuss in further detail.
