Any memory card adapters yet?

I'd rather buy a 25 USD 32gb uSD card than Sony's overpriced silliness.

Most people would. I imagine someone at Sony is regretting this bad decision. However, I'm not sure it's one of the people who have the power to make choices.

How would a memory card adapter work if the PS Vita memory card is as small as a micro sd card?
#4NepheraelPosted 4/19/2012 10:20:36 PM
Never will be one (maybe not never but at least a year or two. Sony winter releasing the specs on the proprietary cards anytime soon) and don't expect an adapter to plug it directly into a computer either

Trying to have a positive effect on the world around you earned that. Isn't that better than creating conflict?

There's a 64gb micro SDXC card going for 79.99...I mean really Sony. REALLY?

Once again another thread of people not knowing that it is possible to stick a Vita proprietary card into an SD card adapter.

If you're suggesting that the PS Vita cards are electrically-compatible with *SD cards, then I'm going to have to ask for some sources to back up your statements. Making an adapter would be absurdly easy if this is true.

There won't be any adapters and there won't be any third party memory cards. Ever. I'm sorry but the Vita memory cards are developed by Sony and only used for the Vita. Sony has no reason to license them to another company and they won't.

It's not even up for discussion. Not gonna happen.
