They said they were going to lose money selling it in the long run. I don't think this will be an issue.

My issue isn't the price of the platform, but of the games. Sony will have a failed platform if the games cost above $50. Even $50 is arguable for a portable game...

yet 50$ is what nintendo is selling their 3DS's 'PSP level' games.

I doubt games would cost more than current PSP Price points (10$,20$,30$ and 40$, depending on the game.)

3.5 hours to fully "chase" is only if you use the induction charging stand it comes with. If you just plug the thing in to a regular AC adapter, it should take less time.
