It does not say anywhere that PSP games won't be available from launch.

Nope. You changed the title and inserted something that is not there. It says nowhere that PSP games are not playable at launch, only Games Archives games, which is a different thing -- a group of games in Japan that includes PS1 games and a few other miscellaneous things, not the entirety of the PSN

I won't argue any longer, you are demonstrably wrong. It's especially easy to see how you totally made up the PSP part of this, as it doesn't say that anywhere in the article.
