DLC Question

So I am getting Dream Club before I even have a Vita. I might purchase the Vita when I go to Hong Kong in January or decide to wait it out for the USA release.

I just learned that the first press of the game comes missing with the promised DLC code. So I probably won't be able to be compensated with it. I know with the PS3, you were able to save DLC to the console and thus multiple accounts could access it. Will I be able to get JP DLC and have it work when I play on my USA account?

No, the DLC will only be accesible through your Japanese account. It can't be used on any other account than the one it is purchased on.

The Vita can only be activated on 1 account at a time. It will probably only work when you are activated on the Japanese account.
