MightyDeathGodPosted 12/20/2011 2:20:32 PM | i already got two PSP's with my account on it, i guess no Persona 4 or any other RPG's for me. --- PSN- MightyDeathGod |
BearpowersPosted 12/20/2011 2:21:42 PM | You can deactivate 1 of those PSPs or make a new account. |
AkaimizuPosted 12/20/2011 2:28:42 PM(edited) | This also only applies to game bought after the November 18th cutoff. Since all my PSP games, up and until this point, was bought before that, it's still in the 5 device limitation.
Going forward, you just have to manage which PSPs you are getting future download titles for. Kind of sucks you have to remember that, but I guess those are the breaks. I'll definitely have to keep track of all PSP download titles I get from now on.
And since Persona 4 is a PS Vita-only game, that shouldn't really be an issue for you would it? Since you can't activate that new game on a PSP in the first place, because it wont run.

Depends on their mood, they'll only do it for you once.
I had to deactivate an old PS3 of mine the same way. |
ouijaouijaPosted 12/20/2011 3:06:23 PM | i cancelled my account, i had FIVE PSPS on there, and had none of them.
fresh new psn account made, can't wait to have ff1-10 (minus 3) on one console |
sk8r1066Posted 12/20/2011 6:44:28 PM | 1) go to www.qriocity.com
2) log in using your psn details
3) click the "account" tab at the top of the page
4) click the "media and devices" tab on the left of the page
5) click on game
6) click on the button to "deactivate devices" (or something along those lines)
This will remove all devices currently associated with your PSN account regardless of whether you still own the device or not and you can then manually re-add the devices you still own/need.
Hope that helps some of you guys (it'll definitely save you from having to call Sony anyway), it is worth noting that you can only use this method once every 6 months. --- UK Hamstring Team Member http://www.ham-string.com/teamZombie.html |
