Sorry if this has already been posted but I thought some people might be able to put this info to good use.

1) go to www.qriocity.com

2) log in using your psn details

3) click the "account" tab at the top of the page

4) click the "media and devices" tab on the left of the page

5) click on game

6) click on the button to "deactivate devices" (or something along those lines)

This will remove all devices currently associated with your PSN account regardless of whether you still own the device or not and you can then manually re-add the devices you still own/need.

Hope that helps some of you guys (it'll definitely save you from having to call Sony anyway), it is worth noting that you can only use this method once every 6 months.

I had the same problem but I went here and signed in then click on the account tab at top of page and the media and devices in the drop down menu and from here i could deactivate my old psp that i don't have anymore.

Thank you. I just got rid of 1 PS3 and 3 PSP activations. But for some reason, it did not deactivate the systems I currently own. I am not complaining though so thanks again.

So wait, we HAVE to deactivate all the systems at once? Because I just want to get rid of one PS3 (my cousin's) and two PSPs (One was mine that broke long ago, the other I don't even know)

Yeah unfortunately you cannot deactivate single devices but it shouldn't be too much hassle to reactivate the devices that you still want on the account.

This is really for all the people like me who no longer own the devices associated with their PSN account and don't want to pay a fortune in phone bills calling up Sony to beg for their help.

Really glad this is helping some of you guys! :)
