You'll be able to view all of your PS3 trophies on a Vita, as well as trophies on the Vita. |

It's actually 1 account per memcard. Meaning if you wanted to share a Vita with two accounts, you'd need two memcards.

In actuality, you can have 2 accounts on the Vita, but it's a hassle.
