Anyone picking up vita memory card and vita games before the systems out

I wont have games for the first few weeks, but i'm buying the memory card ahead of time. I preorder my system at gamestop, but I have a gift card elsewhere that will pay for the mem card or i'd have to wait on that as well.

The only thing you should really pick up are the 16/32gb memory cards due to reverse importing and people will want them since they're the biggest sizes.

Or are the 16/32gb cards still out of stock in Japan?
