Sony needs to buy 2 exclusives to help the Vita

First off, there is no way Sony can buy exclusive rights to a MH game right now, they might be able to convince Capcom to make MH4 multiplat but that won't move many units.

Sony first off, should tell Square Enix they'll completely fund Dragon Quest XI if made a Vita exclusive, if there is any franchise bigger than Monster Hunter it's Dragon Quest.

This will fix the low Japanese sales, and will move units elsewhere also(but in smaller amounts)

They should then proceed to use the generated profits to secure MH5 as a Vita exclusive and then start focusing on profit in general again.

FIFA/Uncharted moves units in Europe, so that's one region it's doing well in at the moment.

CoD, Killzone, Borderland 2, etc should move some US units.

Dragon Quest wont go to Vita. It only appears on the most popular consoles of the generation.

FIFA doesn't really move units in Europe. It sells in large numbers to people who already have a machine that FIFA is available on (which is....every machine).

Normally yes, I am saying Sony should bribe Square Enix to change that.

Completely fund it budget wise, and let Square Enix keep all the sales profits, the moved Vita units would be worth it.

FIFA is selling like mad in the EU, it's their best selling game with uncharted in second, and Hardware sales have been best over there,

Grand Theft Auto wouldn't help in the U.S?

The US is a very unstable market for handhelds, it's in their best interest to focus on Japan first as Handhelds are 100% socially acceptable with no stigma attached to them in the least.

After they secure Japan, they can focus more on the West.

Isn't the Vita doing better overall in sales in EU and US though? I think they should focus on the area that has the most user base.

People keep claiming that Japan is some kind of haven for handhelds, but the truth is that handhelds end up selling more in other regions.
