Do games not come with manuals anymore?

I bought Rayman and Army of Corps and they both has manuals when bought new. However, today I purchased UMVC, Wipeout 2048 and Disgaea 3 and none of them had manuals, I bought UMVC and Wipeout used and just assumed it was because they were used, but my Disgaea was sealed and didn't have one. Any input?

Most games no longer use manuals but have a "digital manual" as part of the game.

A 3DS fanboy can troll the vita board all day without repercussions. I post something fun and informative, and it gets deleted in 4 seconds. GG gamefaq mods.

Disgaea 3 has a pretty extensive tutorial, I don't really see the need for a manual. Everything is done digital of course, the manual is the book like thingy with the question mark in the LiveArea of a game.

It's kinda pathetic they can't include manuals tbh, makes a game feel more complete.

I can see why some of you like a physical manual, but actually printing a manual makes no sense at all.

Not when the medium is digital and it can be on-device or in-game.

My Japanese Ragnarok Odyssey came with a fairly extensive manual.

yes they do.

normally in digital form or a really cheap crappy black and white 3 page booklet with more credits and health and safety warnings then instruction on how the game is played.

if you want a fancy art filled book, buy a players or collectors guide and enjoy

i also forget to mention that on on the that red "?" on your live screen will take you to your manual. every game on the vita is required to have this.
