Im surprised some of you even play games. Especially with this elementary way of thinking. "It's a port so it's automatically bad". It's funny because Im getting the impression ports suck but Tota is a AAA title. Ok.

No, you're forgetting the other great games coming on the Vita or are already there. Zone of Enders HD, Oddworld HD games, Bioshock, SF x Tekken, Escape Plan, Mutant Blobs, and FF X HD. The ones I've listed that aren't out yet are expected to be by the end of the year.

Other notable titles: Disgaea 3, Uncharted GA (if you judge it as it's own game as opposed to comparing it to the entire series, it's a very solid game), and the Persona 4 remake. There's also Lumines, Super Stardust, Wipeout, and Rayman Origins.

I'm not forgetting them, I just did a quick side by side based on the OP's named games.

Obviously this is all opinion anyhow. Personally I think all the other games you listed, while they may be good, are far from AAA games, except maybe...maybe, Bioshock, which I didn't honestly know about.

Uncharted I own and I do enjoy, but in all honesty it's not a very good game. It's fun, looks good, and has an ok story, but it's extremely easy, and there really isn't much combat. It's mostly straight forward platforming and searching around for treasure.

This being said, I won't lie I have other 3DS games (Monkey Ball, Star Wars Lego III) and have played Pilot Wings and they are all ok, but not AAA.

I didn't mention Metal Gear Solid 3, Zelda Ocarina of Time remake, or Tales of the Abyss, for 3DS or any games coming to 3DS (Kingdom Hearts, Epic Mickey, Luigis Mansion, NSMB2, Contra, Cave Story, the wiiware catalog, 3D classics, etc.
