I've been paying attention. My thoughts so far...

I TRUST NO ONE.
Pliskin is obviously snake. He lied and claims to have been with seal team. But that bug crawled off him. I saw swarms of those by the vent shaft. He snuck in, he didn't rapel down!
The colonel says the mission is on official channels, but we are not in contact with the seals. When they got attacked by Vamp, you could hear the colonel screaming into their radios! "Seal team ____, respond! What's going on!?" liar liar pants on FIRE!
Don't even get me started on Rose. She is all lovey dovey, but when she and raiden reminisce on how they met, he mentions they "later met again and worked in the same place by pure coincidence" and "if not for that coincidence we might not be together."
She immediately turns cold and says "goodbye raiden, take care" and hangs up.
And later when talking about Spillmans leg, Raiden says "sometimes you have no choice but to lie." rose eyes get all fluttery and she says she understands. Raiden says hm, and she hastily hangs up.
Why is everyone LYING TO ME?!?

The tanker had a metal gear not oil! It's a cover up for the real incident. Raiden goes into the facility having no clue what a metal gear even is.
He also goes in completely unarmed. His first weapon is a lethal weapon. You are forced to kill if you can handle enemies with your bare hands.
Who is Olga's "unit" if not Dead Cell?
Why did Revolver "Shalashaska" Ocelot address Mr. President after getting Metal Gear?
What does the President stand to gain from stealing a Metal Gear from his own military?
The president is a hostage in Big Shell. Is he behind it all?
If he already has Metal Gear, what the hell is Big shell even about if he is behind it?
That "engineer" who is mentioned by the Seal team sounds like Otacon. No one else is that good. Are he and snake coordinating? His anonymous tip got snake nearly killed. Are they friends or enemies?
Raiden has all his training from VR. Snake repeatedly reminds him his exploits are not real. It sounds like the best way to train "the perfect soldier" but experiencing war througha videogame removes you from the fear. You know its mot real.
Suddenly these supernatural enemies (Dead Cell) start showing up to emphasize the fact that even in the games supposed reality **** doesn't seem real.
Couple that with everyone lying to me and having a secret agenda, with not even one of them explaining why the hell everything going on...
