Also he may have received a refund from amazon and if I returned it he'd get an opportunity to resell it plus have the refund from amazon. If he emails me again ill call amazon about it and see if/what they did for him. Then I'd make a 20 dollar "take it or leave" it offer
LoL the guys a scam artist. I bought Infamous 2 last year for a penny. I got a message from the seller saying "I made a mistake pricing it and would go bankrupt if I dont have the game back". He then tried to sue me for not sending it back. I won the case because that was the price I bought it at.
