It's been another brutal news day for the Vita -- are you losing faith? I'm not

FierceJelloPosted 8/8/2012 1:30:14 PM
Yoshida publicly admits Sony is having a difficult time procuring third-party support, the Vita is down to 9k in Japan, and Sony's already slashing prices on its lineup of Vita games just five months after they were released.

But I'm not losing faith. I think there's a good chance that the Vita's killer fall lineup will turn things around. Its packed with system sellers like Silent Hill: Book of Memories and Ragnarok Odyssey. I don't see how it can fail.

Sony is finally admitting they have a problem, that alone should give everyone a reason to keep the faith.

What? You pooped in the refrigerator? And you ate the whole... wheel of cheese? How'd you do that? Heck, I'm not even mad; that's amazing.

Hopefully things will drastically change in Japan especially once Project Diva is released :-)

Honestly I'm satisfied with my purchase now. Having Disgaea 3, Mortal Kombat and Touch My Katamari was worth it. Cannot wait for Persona 4 Golden and Little Big Planet however

sales will probably increase again once ps1 support comes, and psp support improves.
having old games available will make it easier for psp owners to switch over.

and for me the vita is worth it with wipeout and gravity rush available now, and with a project diva and a djmax game announced.

So, now having price cuts for things is bad?

Also, don't know why i am responding to a fiercejello topic.

Well of course you haven't lost faith TC, that would require you to have had faith in it in the first place. You've been trolling the Vita for months now, so of course you didn't. Can't lose what you never had.

I know, I shouldn't feed him, but he looked so hungry and he was giving me the sad puppy eyes...

In terms of the market health of a product, of course it can be. Does anyone dispute that who's older than 13?
