In all seriousness Sony is just begging for the Vita to be hacked

Hey, even though they are doing all these other things, the vita is still not region locked. You gotta give it that atleast.

Nintendo are just stupid though, Sony know how to do these things but don't but Nintendo literally have no clue and are 5 years behind on technology for everything(just look at their onlien system, wii and Wii U). So you can excuse a stupid child, just not a selfish one.

Oh no, they know how to. They just like absolute regulations over it. And I mean everything.

Nintendo definitely isn't stupid. They know their console appeals to kids so they can get away with more ruthless restrictions. Adults don't like being screwed but kids don't know any better. If some kid's 3DS broke and they lost everything they'd forget about their old games in no time where an adult would curse Nintendo for decades.

As demonstrated by the removal of a feature on the PS3 leading to it being hacked and CFW released shortly thereafter, collateral damage is a real thing. This sort of thing seems pretty standard on current systems, but it seems like it's creating a lot of ill will.

Eh, 3DS is still much worse. Locked memory cards is nothing compared to a full system lock.

They need to hurry up and hack that so I can play River City Ransom Anniversary.

I also really want to play Nekketsu Kouha - Kuniokun Special, since it is freakin' NEVER gonna be released stateside.

JUMP Super/Ultimate Stars

Edit:

You know that if and when they hack the Vita, Sony is gonna clamp down on security again and make it worse.

Nope, accounts are linked to the 3DS. So if your 3DS bricks and you weren't able to transfer stuff to a new system then you're SOL

Or you just send it in to Nintendo to have it be transferred to a different system.

Kunio's not a JUMP character, if that's what you're implying.

Also, I own JUS. It's a great game. An example of something you wouldn't be able to play with a functional region lock in place.

Other OS was removed because hackers (after 4 years) finally made some progress on it, it didn't lead to it being hacked, it might have even delayed it and if Sony didn't majorly screw up in the first place it wouldn't of happened.
