content manager works fine for me
and im useing a pc that takes 30min to turn on
(i wont plug anything absolutely unnecessary in my main pc)

The PS Suite allows pretty much any legitimate software to be done on the Vita that could warrant a CFW, so what's the big deal?

Using FTP to transfer data to Vita, Undubs, language patches for Japanese games, running PSP games that will probably never be available on PSN eg. Birth By Sleep, Crisis Core.

Just to name a few.
