Trying to choose between P4G and RO...Please advise

I'm trying to decide which one I should get. I want a good RPG (Which would have more real time battles then turn based) that is not excessively rage quite hard but challenging, and of course very fun. I am trying to decide between Persona 4 Golden & Ragnarok Odyssey.
This boards input would be very helpful.

I'm struggling with this too but I decided to get Persona 4 first even though RO looks super fun. I've heard only good things about Persona 4.

Render unto the machine what is the machine's. You go do what only a human being can do.

Ro Pros

action
loot
great aerial combat
not turn based (some would call a con)

Cons

LOTS of grinding
can be tough solo
not much distinction in classes
all about combos, which you get all from the start

P4 Pros

better game
collect monsters
upgrade monsters
long
one of the best games made

Cons

half the game is social crap
lighter story than p3
turn based (some would call a pro)

ALL
the above is IMO so dont complain

Ragnarok Odyssey is more of a hack 'n slash than RPG tbh. If you want an RPG with a good story, you won't find it anywhere in that game. Persona 4 on the other hand is one of the best RPGs ever.

That said, Ragnarok is still a lot of fun and you might want to get it early on while the online community is still good. The online makes the game a lot better.

Well you pretty much answered that question yourself.. P4G is turn based, RO is real time.

though call my friend,,,,, Mmmm,, well Persona 4 is by far the better experience if you want to play offline, for more than 50 hrs. great game, one of the best JRPGs from PS2 with lots of new content.

But RO is really fun and addictive if you want to play it online.

I would go with Persona, it is simply the best JRPG you can get on a handheld this year by far.

Persona 4 Golden for sure, and that's from someone who played Ragnarok Odyssey for almost 100 hours.

I enjoyed the heck out of RO...I would have to say both.

Have you played a P3 or P4? Its not like they are new or anything...

P4 has like talking and stuff which is annoying really...RO is more about smashing face.

These guys shouldn't be taken seriously.

And RO is very average. IT would be insane to get it over P4. Which is the best handheld game this gen arguably.

This is why I stated it was my opinion. Not everyone has the same as you. I think THAT much social part of the game is lame. I want to fight monsters not eat ramen, hear about some random dudes girl problems, or be forced to join the debate team.
