I got it on launch because I wanted a portable CoD. While I'm a bit disappointed by that game I have to say that I'm not disappointed by the other games I have for it... Little Big Planet, SxT, and Disgaea 3.

With the announcement of Vita+ I'm even more excited.

Sad to say, got my Vita the day after launch for Street Fighter X Tekken... back when it was theoretically coming out in March. Dynasty Warriors Next held me over for a looooong time, 'til Mortal Kombat came out.
DW and Ragnarok Odyssey are right now my most played games. Waiting for the new year to boost my collection over four games.

For me, the main reason to get it was P4G. But what really made me actually buy the Vita was Fifa 13 (or Fifa 11.5). I've been away from home for a while for work, so I missed playing Fifa 13 so much, especially the virtual pros.

So, Fifa made me get Vita.

Also Virtue's Last Reward is un-put-down-able.
