Which game should I get? Unit 13 or Resistance Burning Skies

I've heard Unit 13 is the better game but I'm wondering which game I will get the most replay value out since RBS has that online. Is the community still active?

A little late to the party, but these are not on sale. This is almost certainly a permanent price drop, to match current retail prices (10% lower than retail cause they're digital).
