Nice.I wonder how the psp and ps2 did.Sony does not release numbers for them anymore but it seems to me that they still manage decent sales figures.

Certainly a big boost, but the Vita was still quite a bit behind both 3DS and the DS, even with all the crazy deals out there.

there is no excuse for being outsold by 100k behind the DS.

not the 3ds, but the ds.

No, you're ignoring the fact that the $199 bundle was widely available, it was $110 off list price (list for the Vita is $250, AC Liberation is $40, and a 4gb card is $20)--that's more than a third off!--yet the Vita still only managed to sell 160k.

So first Sony bundles the Vita with a brand new high-profile release and a 4gb memory card for free (a $60 savings), then it slashes the price of the bundle down $199 (another $50 savings). And that was just the normal Black Friday deal, not the fire sale Amazon bundle. Yet only 160k in sales? Dire.

and whats even worse, the 3ds was hardly reduced in price during black friday and sold 100k more than the vita. flop

Wow even more bad news for the Vita.
