They rotate the games out every so often, but if you've already downloaded them or if you add them to your download list (by "purchasing" them, despite them being free) you can still download them whenever you want if you keep your subscription going.

No, it's not true. Those are the anchor games - the ones that won't change often. They are likely to be there until E3 at the earliest (and might remain on the service for a full year, like the PS3 anchor games will).

Don't know where this bad info came from... just check the expiring soon section (on PS3/PC), it has yet to be wrong.

Chronovolt is the only free Vita game expiring next week. Scott Pilgrim for PS3 too.
