Rayman PS1 classic screen cut off at top :-(

The only PS1 classic game I own is Rayman lol, but the top of the screen is cut off :'(.

Here is what I mean (Rayman is at 19:00).

You can easily see it when in a level, the numbers ( of lives ect) are cut at the top.
It seems to be a European only problem :(.

Anyone else have it in America, or does anyone in Europe not have this problem?

Have you tried changing the screen mode?

Yep, tried everything, it's like it is part of the game, no matter what I do, no matter the size of the image, it is cut off.

You've tried using the 'Custom' option on the screen adjustment and dragging two figures on it to zoom out as much as possible? And it still cuts off the display?

If you've done that, no idea. The game itself doesn't have any settings for it?

Nope :/, it's like it is part of the actual image of the game :'(.
